Direct Conference

In cooperation with JAD Productions, we conducted the first B2B2C online e-conference of Direct Insurance in May 2020. The whole experience took place in a chalet in the middle of the Austrian Alps in a natural green setting. The program included product launch & product experience presentation, real time satisfaction survey and 5 years report all structured not only to be engaging for the employees and brokers, but also for fans from the public, who follow client’s social networks. We kept attention of all participants and achieved high engagement through well structured storyline and sophisticated gamification. Everyone had a chance to interact with the virtual studio and 3 founders, who took a role of moderators.

Event won BEA Aworld, 1st place in the Digital Transformation category.

Videomapping in NYC for the 30th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. An original animated short that visualized CRC’s 30-year history was prominently displayed with larger-than-life projection mapping around the room.

For this brand, in collaboration with JAD Pro and stage designer Martin Hruška, we created a unique Brand Day concept for the CEE region in 2014. It presented marketing strategies and product lines for the coming period. The event took place at NH Sports Hotel in Olomouc. The JAD Pro Agency chose a tennis hall from its premises, which it transformed into a dynamic, giant backdrop of various dimensions complete with a conference hall. Within the content for mapping, we have created original 3D graphics with a theme of street culture and branded content to present statistical numbers, visions and Adidas brand results.

Sales conference and the celebration of 30 years of NN on the Czech market

In 2022, NN Czech Republic celebrated 30 years on the Czech market. The business conference and the subsequent evening programme took place in Prague's Forum Karlín venue. The stage hosted over 200 people during multiple award ceremonies, several musical performances and a range of content reflecting on the last 30 years of the company, all completed over 4 months of preparation.

In 2022, NN Czech Republic celebrated 30 years on the Czech market. The business conference and the subsequent evening programme took place in Prague's Forum Karlín venue. The stage hosted over 200 people during multiple award ceremonies, several musical performances and a range of content reflecting on the last 30 years of the company, all completed over 4 months of preparation.


A Hybrid Annual Sales Conference NN Czech Republic

In May 2021, we held a hybrid conference with a high quality stream for 500 people on the NN team at 15 different locations across the Czech Republic. Event was designed for presentation of content by management, including awards ceremony. We have created engaging content with advanced 3D graphics solutions for live broadcasting, including changes to the studio environment for each event theme. Under the hybrid model, we combined pre-recorded and live sessions.

We carried out the event in cooperation with the Happenee team.

IBM Think Digital Summit

In 2020, we implemented a trio of virtual workshops for IBM. We focused primarily on interactivity, which helped to maintain maximum audience attention. A key part was also the changing 3D studio environment for different parts of the program and the use of IBM's internal ON24 platform, which served as a conference live Q&A channel. In the virtual studio, we have prepared high-tech facilities for online and offline speakers. The 30 speakers included experts and innovators from IBM and other major companies. Event was done together with Event Arena.
